WHY PARTICPATE?

So now that you've clicked on the registration page, you're clearly qurious about this event. But why should you participate? BRYC has been organizing annual events for youth since 2006. These events create a platform for cross-border networking, cultural exchange and cooperation between youth.

Here are 8 reasons why you should participate.

You will get to:

  1. Travel to a new location in the Barents Region (this year's location is Kirkenes).

  2. Meet active youth from other countries and make new friends.

  3. Explore the different cultures of the Barents Region during the "culture games".

  4. Develop your skills in fields like project management, cross-border cooperation, international relations and active citizenship. A great thing to add to your academic and professional resume!

  5. Celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Barents Cooperation, and learn about the opportunities it has created for youth.

  6. Network with regional officials and other important stakeholders of Barents youth cooperation.

  7. Engage in some really fun social and teambuilding activities.

  8. Oh and yeah... It's free! BRYC covers all participation costs for the participants.
