The Norwegian Barents Secretariat performs the administrative tasks of BRYC. The secretariat has also granted financial support to this year's BRYC Annual Event.  

Finnmark County currently holds the chairmanship of the Barents Regional Council (BRC), and BRYC has chosen to organize this year's annual event in Finnmark in cooperation with the Finnmark County Council.

Sweden currently holds the chairmanship of the Barents Euro-Arctic Council (BEAC), and the  Swedish Ministry of Fireign Affairs is an important partner of BRYC during this chairmanship period.

The International Barents Secretariat is our communication partner and will help us reach out to relevant stakeholders and guests. The secretariat also helps BRYC in the organization of this year's annual event. 

As part of this year's  annual event program, the Kirkenes Secondary School will be hosting a workshop about the Barents Cooperation for the youth participants. 

BRYC has chosen Scandic Kirkenes as our provider of venues and accommodation for this year's event.
