Welcome to the BRYC Annual Event 2021!

"Voices of Indigenous Youth in Barents"

The Barents Regional Youth Council (BRYC) would like to welcome you to our virtual annual event, aimed at young people living in the Northern parts of Norway, Russia, Sweden and Finland!

Since 2006, BRYC has been organizing annual events for youth in the Barents Region. The main purpose of these events is to create a platform for networking, cultural exchange and cross-border cooperation. Our annual event usually combines educational content, linked to international relations in the Arctic, with teambuilding and social activities.

Every year, BRYC dedicates its annual event to a specific theme or an important issue concerning youth in our region. This year's event will be dedicated to the voices of indigenous youth in the Barents Region.

The BRYC Annual Event 2021 will be held virtually (via Zoom) on the 4th of December 2021. Participation is open to everyone and the registration will be open until December 1st. The working language of the event will be English.

Get ready for a virtual experience with #BarentsYouth and #BarentsIndigenousYouth!

Let's talk it out! Success stories from the Barents youth cooperation

In BRYC, we strive to empower young people to take action and develop their own project ideas. In this part of the program, we want to share the success stories of young Barents citizens who have have been involved in cross-border project cooperation. Today’s panel discussion will showcase youth cooperation in five different sectors. Our amazing panelists will share their experience and talk about the unique opportunities for youth in the Barents Region.
