\\ACCOMMODATION

All participants will stay at the Break Sokos Hotel Vuokatti.

\\PARENTAL CONSENT FORM

Please note that participants under 18 must also send us a signed participation consent form from their parents/guardians. The form can be downloaded on the event registration page HERE.

\\VISA

If you are travelling to Finland from Russia, please be aware that you are responsible for obtaining a visa. If you need help in this process, you can contact your national BRYC coordinator.

\\MEALS, FOOD AND ALLERGIES

All meals during the annual event will be provided by Scandic. Information about the menu will be given closer to the event date. Please let us know in the registration form if you have any allergies or food preferences we should be aware of.

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Please note that alcohol consumption is not allowed during the BRYC Annual Event. Participants are responsible for following these rules.

\\PHOTOGRAPHY

Please be informed that film and photos will be taken during the event, some of which will be posted to our social media. If you don't want your picture to pe published in the social media or the press, please let us know in the registration form. 

Otherwise, we encourage everyone to take photos during the event and document your experience on social media. However, please show respect to those who don't want to appear in your posts. The following hashtags can be used for the event: #barentsyouth #bryc #brycannualevent2019 #switch.

\\WEATHER

In August, the temperature in Vuokatti is usually between 15 and 20 degrees celsius. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in the outdoors, so bring comfortable clothes and shoes.
